GTA 5 player asks Rockstar for $75k refund, gets $32 million instead

Grand Theft Auto 5 requires a lot of in-game money, but one GTA Online player strikes it fortunate when Rockstar, the company that created the sandbox game, makes an unexpected payment.
An enormous quantity of in-game money is necessary for GTA 5. You can have everything you desire – from sports cars to condos, start-up businesses to military-grade weapons – if you have the money. It would be very nice if Rockstar, the makers of the sandbox game, just handed you millions of GTA 5 cash given that Grand Theft Auto Online is still going strong almost 10 years later and that Los Santos has more investment opportunities than ever. That's exactly what happened to one gamer, who requested a refund of $75,000 in GTA money but received $32 million in return.
The GTA 5 player, 'Skraelos,' who revealed their good fortune on Reddit, tells PCGamesN how they attempted to buy supplies for their Grand Theft Auto Online bunker at first, crashed, and then sent Rockstar a support ticket in an effort to recoup their relatively small (in GTA terms) investment.
"I'd bought the bunker supplies, and shortly after that, my game crashed," Skraelos explains. "When I went back online, I saw that the funds were gone but the supplies were still missing. I just submitted a ticket in the hopes that Rockstar would restore the funds (yeah, I'm stingy even with such a small sum). The notice shown in the screenshot greeted me the next thing I knew.
Skraelos was able to record Rockstar's response, which confirmed that they had received precisely $32,168,889, not $75,000 GTA dollars. For comparison, the 'Megalodon' Shark Card, which gives you $10 million in-game GTA dollars, costs $99.99 (£59.99) in real money.
Skraelos continues, "I have no idea how this could even happen. I'm actually not going to touch the money, simply in case Rockstar sees and decides to take the money out of my account.
All we can do is wait and see. Meanwhile, it was recently discovered that a rather intriguing little feature related to the Acid Lab was originally included in the most recent GTA 5 update but was removed prior to release.
