The cheat spawns you a Dodo seaplane. You must unlock it first by completing the "Sea Plane" random event.

Cycles through various in-game weather: sunny, clear, cloudy, smoggy, overcast, rainy, thundery, clearing and snowing.

Drive vehicles with lessened gravity, you can also press CIRCLE after jumping to float down.

Slows down the speed of the entire game. Enter 3x for increased effect, the 4th time will disable it.
